Here's what I did. #19 Number in Title:

#28 Brads to create a shape:
#17 Black and White (I didn't notice until it was on the page that the negative actually has sort of a brown tone on the edge - if that bugs anyone rules wise, count it as #30 - One Word Title)

#21 Use an altered photo

#27 Every letter in the alphabet (yup they're all there...)

#15 Use 3 office supplies:
#7 Use a Bible verse:#8 Circles and Arrows: (Not entirely happy with this layout but the story behind it is so cute it made everyone in our family laugh to see the layout, so whatever. Nicky had to write a "safety tip" for safety day in Kindergarten. He said "Always wear a helmet when a hammer is about to fall on your head." Oooookay....)
This is actually an altered clipboard but you can't tell cause I just scanned the back. Yes, #10 alter something. Me. Weird, huh?
